The room is huge with high ceilings, two mini-dressing rooms. Breakfast is good and tasty. The staff is very nice and pleasant, they explained how to enter the ZTL zone correctly and how to get to the garage, there was also a pleasant female waiter at breakfast. The hotel is within walking distance from the historical center, on the road on one street is the Accademia Gallery (museum with David), and then the street reaches the Сathedral.

The room was comfortable and had a large bathroom. Good location and fantastic breakfast. Best breakfast we have had at a hotel. Very pleasant and professional staff. We liked how quiet the room was as well. You can walk to the main museums but there are no restaurants or bars in the area, which is a bit of a drag.

The room was spacious and well lit up. The breakfast area was very cozy and very nicely decorated for Christmas. Didn't get time to try full breakfast (only had coffee), but they were always welcoming even before the breakfast time. The place also has friendly staff. They also let us check-in early and had the room ready at our special request since we arrived before 12pm.

I liked the decore and design of the hotel/our room. It was clean, and the staff were amazing and always happy to help! May it be picking a restaurant or ordering a taxi for you. The breakfast that was included was great! It had a little bit of everything for everyone and was fresh. First stop on our vacation, and it was a great pick!

- the location of the hotel is very good, only a few minutes walk to the most important places in Firenze, but still in a silent street - parking very close to the Hotel 3 min to walk - rooms are big, beautiful and very clean - staff is very friendly and helpfull - breakfast is ok - very good price / quality ratio

Breakfast included and being able to walk to the centre of Florence. Bar open to residents which was nice when returning after dinner out. Comfortable bed with tea and coffee available in the room. Staff very helpful.

The people running Hotel De La Pace were amazing. It is a family run hotel and everyone at the front desk and bar area was super helpful at all hours. There is someone around 24 hours and they're the most helpful hotel folks I have ever met. Florence was very busy when I was visiting and my trip was hectic, but they always helped, found me a cab and solved any problem I had. Very grateful for their kindness. I love the area the hotel is in as well and the centre was a short walk away while this area was not over run by tourists and more peaceful. The hotel was clean and comfortable, I felt safe and well taken care of here.

The hotel is well located, a short walk away from the center, but in a safe and accessible area. The hotel room is small, but the one on the 5th floor has a nice balcony with a side view of the Domo dome! This is a great place for Innocenti staff.

The gentleman who checked is in was so nice. We arrived early and wanted to leave our bags but he told us our room was already ready so we could head straight there. I didn’t know we’d have a little terrace and it was really big with a view of the duomo. Good selection for breakfast, friendly staff, nice and quiet with lots of Christmas decorations! There was also a DOG so naturally this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. She was so beautiful and came out to greet us immediately😊a great location to get to things also.
